Praca przedstawia najpopularniejsze składniki aktywne wykorzystywane w branży kosmetologicznej. Celem pracy jest prezentacja wybranych składników aktywnych stosowanych w kosmetologicznych zabiegach pielęgnacyjnych.
Opisano budowę skóry z podziałem na warstwy i ich charakterystykę. Przedstawiono główne funkcje skóry i typy cery występujące u człowieka.
Wyróżniono rodzaje składników aktywnych stosowanych w kosmetykach, zabiegach kosmetologicznych i zalecanych do różnych typów cery.
Ponadto przedstawiono wybrane zabiegi pielęgnacyjne (nawilżający dla cery suchej, oczyszczający dla cery tłustej i ujędrniająco-odżywczy dla cery dojrzałej).

The paper presents the most popular active ingredients used in the cosmetology industry. The aim of the study is to present selected active ingredients used in cosmetological skincare treatments.
The structure of the skin is described, divided into layers and their characteristics. The main functions of the skin and the types of skin found in humans are presented.
The types of active ingredients used in cosmetics, cosmetological treatments, and those recommended for different skin types are distinguished.
In addition, selected skincare treatments are presented (moisturizing for dry skin, cleansing for oily skin, and firming-nourishing for mature skin).
