Development of a concept for the use of small-sized zero-emission buses in the urban transport of Wałbrzych

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie projektu zastosowania małogabarytowych autobusów zeroemisyjnych w obszarze transportu miejskiego w Wałbrzychu,
na wybranych trasach w obszarze aglomeracji Wałbrzycha oraz analiza korzyści wynikających z zastosowania tego rozwiązania.
Praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów poprzedzonych wstępem oraz zakończenia. Pierwszy rozdział zawiera historię transportu miejskiego uwzględniającą również obecną technologię projektowania pojazdów używanych w transporcie miejskim. Zawarto w nim także podstawowe wymogi prawne dla transportu miejskiego w odniesieniu do ekologii
i emisyjności stosowanych pojazdów. Druga część zawiera charakterystykę proponowanych autobusów zeroemisyjnych oraz omówienie budowy i zasad działania ich napędów w odniesieniu do wersji elektrycznej i wodorowej. Zawiera także omówienie nowych technologii zastosowanych do projektowania autobusów. Trzeci rozdział omawia teren, na którym będzie realizowany projekt. Przedstawia wybrane trasy, na których będą użytkowane proponowane wersje autobusów zero emisyjnych oraz określa wymaganą infrastrukturę do zastosowania pojazdów zeroemisyjnych. Czwarty rozdział zawiera omówienie zgromadzonych danych oraz porównanie przedstawionych wariantów autobusów elektrycznego i wodorowego. Zawiera determinanty rozwoju transportu zeroemisyjnego na terenie Polski oraz wynikające z tego korzyści. Zawiera także analizę wypowiedzi grupy badawczej w odniesieniu do proponowanych zmian.
Pracę kończy spis użytych źródeł podczas redagowania pracy oraz spis tabel
i rysunków w niej zawartych. Na końcu zamieszczono formularz ankiety użyty do badań realizowanych w ramach niniejszej pracy.

The aim of the work is to present a project of using small-sized zero-emission buses in the area of urban transport in Wałbrzych, on selected routes in the Wałbrzych agglomeration area and to analyze the benefits resulting from the use of this solution.
The work consists of four chapters preceded by an introduction and conclusion. The first chapter contains the history of urban transport, also taking into account
the current technology of designing vehicles used in urban transport. It also contains
the basic legal requirements for urban transport in relation to the ecology and emission of the vehicles used. The second part contains the characteristics of the proposed zero-emission buses and a discussion of the construction and operating principles of their drives in relation to the electric and hydrogen versions. It also contains a discussion
of new technologies used in the design of buses. The third chapter discusses the area where the project will be implemented. It presents selected routes on which the proposed versions of zero-emission buses will be used and specifies the required infrastructure for the use of zero-emission vehicles. The fourth chapter contains
a discussion of the collected data and a comparison of the presented variants of electric and hydrogen buses. It contains determinants of the development of zero-emission transport in Poland and the benefits resulting from it. It also contains an analysis of the research group's statements in relation to the proposed changes.
The work ends with a list of sources used during the writing of the work and a list of tables and figures contained in it. At the end, there is a survey form used for the research carried out as part of this work.
